Breakfast wasn't including and I have booked a room for 3 single beds and they provided us with only two and a matrice to put it on the floor which was quite unprofessional. Even they charged us for the whole 3 beds without giving the proper facilities. Hope they will improve in the future and won't lie about their services online; showing something else on the internet and providing something else.

The entire staff was very pleasant and helpful from the owner Umar bhai, the manager and rest of the team. I stayed with my family and we were all very happy to stay at Patel Residency. I have spent over a week at Patel Residence and I can genuinely recommend it for comfort,safety and overall excellent value for money. Location is just 'off 'one of the main roads in Karachi's P.E.C.K.S. neighborhood, different food choices can be found in the area as well as plenty of ATM machines. From here you can easily reach downtown Karachi by a short Uber ride (around US1.50) or by hopping on one of the many inexpensive,colorful,friendly local buses stopping nearby. The residence is strictly guarded 24 hours - staff were kind, helpful and quite flexible with my various requests. Rooms are sunny, comfortable,clean and spacious with lockable closets, fridge and a few other thoughtful touches. WiFi, cableTV, hot water and air conditioning all worked fine as well. I would certainly stay here again.
